Tableau, VoiceBase join forces to expand the use of speech analytics

Tableau customers can now be part of a digital transformation initiative to take the advantages of speech analytics beyond the contact center

VoiceBase, one of the leading open architecture solutions for AI-based speech analytics, has recently entered into a strategic partnership with prominent visual analytics platform Tableau Software, to transform how enterprises can expand the usage of speech analytics data.

Under this partnership, customers of Tableau can now be part of a digital transformation initiative to take the advantages of speech analytics beyond the contact center to every department, by supporting VoiceBase’s profound learning speech technology, predictive analytics models, and powerful query language.

By using Tableau with VoiceBase, customers get advantage from an enterprise-grade speech analytics platform, which is scalable and secure, with augmented flexibility and speed of results without the constraints of any traditional call center analytics solution.

Apparently, the main purpose of designing open data-centric architecture of VoiceBase for enterprises was to give them total control of their data, along with substantial tools to analyse spoken information efficiently. Now it is easy for every department to collect actionable insights for improved customer experience, product feedback, compliance, agent performance and marketing campaigns.

Through VoiceBase there is an easy access to use APIs that can automatically transcribe content in video and audio as well as provide speech analytics with extracted topics and keywords.

Brian Matsubara, Senior Director of Partner Development at Tableau, said that the prime approach of VoiceBase is to democratize speech analytics, allowing organizations to understand the true voice of their customers and analyse that data to make informative and better decisions.

VoiceBase is incredibly useful in defining the future of communications and profound learning by providing unique access to spoken information, to make sound decisions for businesses. With the help of flexible APIs, now enterprises can support scalable speech analytics to efficiently get organic product feedback, competitive insights, traditional agent scorecards and lead qualification.

In coming week, VoiceBase is presenting at Enterprise Connect in Orlando, Florida where they will showcase starter dashboards of speech analytics in their Tableau Lounge.
